Why does this job exist and why is it critical? This role will lead a team of analysts to establish performance management and analytics capability to support Credit & Collections department, with strong focus on identifying opportunity to increase Collection and improve accuracy of Credit assignment. This role will also be the business lead to work with Data Scientists to develop and enhance Machine Learning Models used for collection treatment, contact strategy and Credit assignment, with the ambition of providing Credit or Collections as a Service to external customers. What are you accountable for?Understand current internal business processes and assess the performance of C&C to improve timely collection of accounts receivable and lowest cost. This includes improving analytical segmentation and capabilities, negotiation with financial institutions and driving digitization of paymentsUnderstand information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns while comprehending visualisations of data.Provide advice on credit risk to key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Product) and ensuring Credit and Collections rules are incorporated at GTM stage

Education
Bachelors Degree Specialized in Actuarial Science, Economics, Data Science, or equivalentTotal Relevant Experience: 4 to 7 years of strong and solid background in Strategy, Business Analysis or Data Science, Telecommunications, or Banking (with focus on Credit & Collections)Experience in Business/Data Analytics and Machine Learning Models
