Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective marketing communication strategies to promote the Maxis’ products, services, and brand image.Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing collaborative marketing communications team to achieve strategic goals and objectives.Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing and social media.Efficiently manage the marketing communications budget to maximize ROI and achieve cost-effective results.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sights, media, digital marketing, communications and customer experience teams, product managers, and senior leadership, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
