Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Cybersecurity Intern on our Security & Resiliency team Team in Cyberjaya, Selangor.You will:Assist customers to satisfy information assurance and security requirements based upon the analysis of user and policy demandsEvaluate information security solutions and processes to provide recommendations supporting Dell security standardsUtilize internal guidelines to properly fulfil client requests and resolve incidents received via e-mail or internal ticketing systems in a timely and detail-oriented mannerOperate, configure and troubleshoot network intrusion detection devices and other security systems
Responsibilities & skills
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals or system administrator skills.Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.Problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Cybersecurity/ Security Technology / Information Technology or equivalent. Able to join our internship by Feb/Mar 2024 onwards (4-6 months)
