Job DescriptionEnsure competitiveness of routes against competitorsAssisting Manager to monitor analyst routes and performance and provide feedback to HODIdentify traffic flows and business opportunities to maximize revenue across routes and make recommendations to Manager and HODManage the upkeep of budget on a monthly and annual basisKeep in contact with Marketing and Sales through Monthly Performance Meetings to ensure everyone is aware of market strength and weakness and drive performance of routes together.Manage a portfolio of routesGuide the team to develop and maintain understanding of booking patterns, passenger segmentation, seasonality, competition and other variables that may have a significant impact on assigned flights.Work closely with Sales team to ensure groups fare are at optimal points and avoid traffic imbalances to support optimization initiativesReview Pricing strategies and Fare structures periodically to maximize revenue.Develop annual plan and budget developments for sub-department to align with department-wide’s strategy including ensue budget adherence to the approved budgetLead SOPs development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with business objectives and regulatory requirementTrack operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; develop action plans as needed
