Fasten your seatbelt, and let's take flight together. #LifeAtAAG What will your day-to-day look like? You’ll be working closely with the People Centre of Excellence team and play a pivotal role in assisting the Head of Rewards in the area of compensation, benefits, and equity projects that benefits our Allstars and tailored to AirAsia’s culture and organisation goals.This includes utilising data analytics to assess market trends, benchmarking data, and internal equity to develop and maintain competitive compensation structures. You will also be responsible for managing the regional employee benefits programs. This includes identifying market trends and benchmark data to evaluate and recommend changes or improvements to Allstar benefits additionally, creating and delivering employee communication materials and presentations is essential for educating employees about available benefits, plan updates, and wellness initiatives.You will also assist in the design and implementation of total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This includes working on AirAsia short and long-term compensation initiatives from initiation of the scheme, issuance of grants, ensuring compliance with plan documents, company policies, relevant regulations and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

We are looking for someone who comes with 3 years of experience and possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. To be successful in this role, they would also have to have strong business acumen, the ability to adapt to changing conditions while maintaining ethical integrity and confidentiality.
