Job DescriptionSUMMARYWe are seeking a dynamic Head of Growth to redefine the logistics industry through data-driven methods, with a primary focus on optimising user acquisition, retention & engagement, and monetization. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team in generating hypotheses, collecting data, running experiments, and iterating to drive exponential growth. The position is integral to challenging industry norms and aligning our growth initiatives with Teleport's mission to transform logistics across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Head of Teleport Pink, you will manage a team of 2-4 individuals and work full-time from our Wisma Tune office. 

Develop and present compelling business cases to secure investments in new markets and product lines.

Cultivate an entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset, crucial for navigating the fast-paced environment. The ability to evolve strategies quickly based on data and market changes is essential to drive success.Identify and develop high-impact commercial initiatives focused on user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
