In this role, you will be reporting to the Payroll Time and Benefits Team Lead, to support Pakistan and other assigned countries. The Opportunity:Execute system maintenance for P&C processes including payroll, tax, benefits administration, etc.Provide customer service for pay, time, and benefits inquiries and issue resolution.Ensure proper handling of union negotiations related to payroll, tax, and benefits.Correspond with managers to confirm accuracy of time and absence entries.Manage and reconcile mass upload files for all pay frequencies.Monitor data flows to/from Workday to ensure accuracy and resolve integration errors.Develop key stakeholder relationships and communications for proactive support.Collaborate with P&C colleagues globally to ensure consistent service delivery and achieve customer satisfaction. 

Proven track record of being able to deliver in a matrix organization and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and multicultural environment working across borders.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment and to handle multiple, competing priorities.
