The PositionGeneral Accounting and Management AccountingYour ResponsibilitiesPerform and analyze booking accounting transactions, working and calculations are executed on timely and accuratelyClearing of open items in accountsEnsure accruals are properly justified and correctly postedTo ensure all journals are performed accurately and timelyTo maintain fixed asset register and execute depreciation runPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation, highlight and rectify any anomalies encounteredEnsure all work documentation and work processes are updated and meet with Internal ControlFinancial Reporting (ICFR), group policies and guidelines, local statutory and legal requirements within agreed service timelinesPerform back up function and other duties, including job rotation to other functional teams as and when requiredParticipate in any compliance audits and respond to audit queries
