We are looking for an Account Management Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to develop ZALORA’s Beauty category. The primary focus in this role is to drive the growth of the assigned brands by being the spokesperson for Zalora. This is a unique, exciting opportunity to influence minds and make an impact at ZALORAResponsibilities:Build relationships with the assigned brands via email and phone by being the go-to person when it comes to supporting their needs at ZALORAMonitor and drive the growth of the brands: create and execute on strategic plans that deliver on business opportunities both for ZALORA and the BrandLiaise with brands on campaign objectives and work with Marketing to incorporate Sellers promotions into ZALORA’s marketing calendarWork with the brands / internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact customer experienceConstantly review brands catalog to ensure the content meets ZALORA guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to fix the issues for an improved customer experience

Excellence in English Language is required, Mandarin will be a plusAdvance working knowledge of Excel is preferredBachelor in Business, Marketing, Finance, PR or related fieldExposure in the e-commerce and beauty industry is preferred
