Are you ready to get ahead in your career?We want to empower you turn your ambitions into achievements.We thrive in inclusiveness, diversity and embrace close collaborations for you to create impact for yourself and others.Together, we aim to bring the best of technology to help people, businesses and the nation to be ahead in a changing world.To realise our vision to become Malaysia’s leading converged solutions company, we are looking for a new talent to innovate and grow with us in a culture that values commitment, performance and possibilities. Why does this job exist and why is it critical? Responsible to provide al IT network operation and support (Switching, Routing, Network Load Balancing, Firewall with layer 7, VPN Services, Wireless) for all Maxis corporate offices, Maxis technical offices, Maxis retail outlet, Maxis dealers nationwide. What are you accountable for?Provide support/ guidance on the day-to-day operation covering (but not limited to) telephony, Network routing and switching, L7 Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, S2S, Wired & Wireless technology, Cloud network., 24 x 7 availability to attend critical system issues.Handle daily ticket request, change management that are related to IT network, IT infrastructure and application, incident management, problem management, configure and release management.Attend customer / vendor meetings for architectures, project execution, and internal daily service meeting as needed.Manages documentation network deployment, devices health analysis, capacity, cost configuration, utilizations, manuals, support & troubleshooting guide.Review, maintain and monitor KPIs and SLAsUnder minimal supervision, partner with other teams to plan, coordinate, design, configure, install, and maintain Intel based systems.

Candidate must possess at least a degree in any field. However, experience working in network related roles and other relevant skillset would be an advantage.10 to 15 years working experience in network strategy, planning and supportAbility to effectively engage at all levels of stakeholders with a good presentation skill.Ability to handle network audit, run regular tender with good understanding of cost optimization under Capex and Opex

Demonstrable experience in change management (related to IT Infra and application), problem management, incident management, configure and release management.
