This role involves working seamlessly in a cross-functional capacity with both internal and external stakeholders to drive and execute aligned goals and ambitions for future and current young talents within Maxis. The specialist will drive new, innovative, and relevant young talent development programs to support Maxis' young talent retention strategy. 

At least 5-8 years of relevant professional working experience with proven and direct experience working with young talents in an advisory, coach, mentor or supervisory capacity. Having worked in an education industry is an added advantage and proven work experience as a YT mentor, coach or widely recognised within the HR YT network for relevant activities and engagements.
