This role will contribute to the maintenance, development and implementation of policies and procedures, in alignment with current Malaysian legislation and industry best practice.Works with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the business adopts an effective approach in engaging staff on matters in relations to IR. 

Manage industrial relations matters such as comprehensive planning in resolving company-wide disciplinary matters - including conducting investigation and holding domestic inquiries.Provide support, guidance and recommendations to the business process labour disputes and grievances in a proper and timely manner . Monitor and ensure Company-wide compliance by educating managers on a range of employment laws topics to ensure legal compliance
