As Global Business Process Specialist for Demand to Pay, you will be a part of the Business Process Management Organization of D2P. You will support the continuous global harmonization, standardization and automation of the D2P processes, especially in the areas of Supplier Onboarding. The role establishes related standard Roche Services and Solutions (RSS) procurement and finance services for the Affiliates, in close cooperation with relevant deployment teams (e.g. ASPIRE). The role is familiar with the end-to-end process templates and uses them as a basis to define, describe and implement necessary configurations for each service recipient, in consultation with Global Business Process Managers.This role will be a direct contract with Roche until the end of 2026 (Renewable)As Global Business Process Specialist for Demand to Pay, you will be a part of the Business Process Management Organization of D2P. Strong presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English.Excellent understanding of Procure to Pay processes, specifically in the Supplier Onboarding areas.Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities.

Possess a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or Finance.
