Job DescriptionFunctional Responsibility & DutiesAssist in operating an effective warehousing system for materials management. All transaction detailsmust be recorded i.e. Receiving, Issuance, Storage, Stock taking and Inventory data.Assist in ensuring warehouse facilities, environment and arrangement are properly set up by ensuringadequate condition preservation, handling, fast and accurate retrieving of spares in a secure and safe environment.Physical controlling and monitoring the movement of material during issuance, receiving anddispatch from the warehouse.Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization.Working with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules for new and existing products.Co-ordinates and process materials requisition including AOG request and preload.Liaise with the Purchasing section and assist on maintenance planning functions, such as provisioning of materials for line check requirements and planned defect rectification. This is to ensure efficient and highest quality services provided to end users.Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.Assist Warehouse Manager to produce short, mid and long-term forecasts for spares and materials to ensure availability in a timely manner.Liaise and follow up with all agencies for clearance of all incoming engineering aircraft spares.Attend and observe the daily or weekly Executive briefing on the day’s activities 

Possess a recognized Degree in any fieldor Diploma in any field with At least 3 years working experience in Warehouse & Logistics
