Job DescriptionAirAsia brand co seeks to expand its brand and IP portfolio beyond the AirAsia brand. The IP Development team needs an individual who can assist in managing a portfolio of brand and IP projects from start to finish, ultimately growing their reach, visibility and value for the company. Responsibilities:Assist project leads in administrative, creative and coordination tasks for the team’s brand and IP projectsCarry out market research and keep up to date with customer trendsFacilitate and contribute to the development of content and creative requirementsSupervise product design and oversee merch production to maintain consistencyMonitor progress and maintain project documentationEnsure that deliverables and timelines are metHelp execute marketing campaigns across platforms and channelsWork with internal and external teams to organize events, shoots and communications releases. 

Experience in advertising, marketing or project managementProactive and positiveWeb-literate and Internet-savvyStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skills
