As a Capacity Manager, you will be working with a team of 2-5 and will be based out of our office in RedQ. You will be expected to be performing this role on a full-time basis. The role reports to the Head of Revenue. You will fit perfectly if you enjoy managing the business like your own, deep dive into data and process to make sense of things and a bird eye view of the business. Having a strong people skill will also help you to manage your team and the stakeholders around you. 

Ability to address unpredictable situations and develop efficient routing solutions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.Proven experience in capacity planning, revenue management, or logistics, with familiarity in airline operations or cargo logistics being a plus.
