Job DescriptionBusiness ObjectivesManaging Roster Planning and Advance Crewing for all AOCEnsures that the rosters are planned and maintained in accordance with the regulatory and company requirements for each AOCCoordinate between Flight Operations and Cabin Crew Department for any ad hoc planningCoordinate between Crew Establishment Manager, Training Manager and Crewing Manager to for upcoming roster requirement and operational requirementsProvide monthly roster analysis and incorporate process improvement Primary AccountabilitiesManage the Roster Planning and Advance Crewing team to ensure compliance in crew roster for each AOCTo facilitate constant coordination between Director/ Chief Pilots of Operations and Cabin Crew Manager teamTo ensure changes in roster requirements as per OMA are communicated to the planners accordinglyMonthly roster review and hours reviews are done to identify non compliance and inefficiency
