Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Head of Investor Relations to lead our investor communications and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with current and prospective investors, enhancing the company's public image, and ensuring transparency in financial reporting. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, corporate communications, and investor sentiment to effectively represent the company to the investment community. Key Responsibilities:Investor Communication Strategy:Develop and execute the company’s investor relations strategy to communicate financial performance, strategy, and market developments to institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.Craft compelling messaging for quarterly earnings, annual reports, AGM/EGM, investor presentations, and other key communications.Advise on the company’s positioning in the market, including through roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other key market participants to ensure an accurate understanding of the company’s performance and strategy.Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, providing timely, transparent, and relevant information. 

Oversee the preparation and presentation of quarterly earnings calls and other financial updates.Work closely with finance, accounting, and senior management to ensure accurate financial reporting and presentation to investors.
