Job description:Work closely with our sales, startup specialists, field service engineers, robot program managers and training teams to investigate domestic cleaning and sterilization equipment and create cleaning and sterilization guidelines. Job description: Work with the marketing team to create customer content related to equipment cleaning and sterilization. You will also create educational tools for customer-facing team members. Act as an expert on reprocessing standards and best practices. Design customer training programs for staff on our recommended cleaning, sterilization, and handling processes.
