Job Description

The Fulfillment Center (FC), which handles Amazon's receiving and shipping processes, is equipped with world-class logistics equipment. Products are transported on conveyors that run throughout the FC, and all processes such as shelving, packaging, and sorting are automated and performed by machines to improve efficiency. The JP-RME (Reliability and Maintenance Engineering) department works to maintain and improve logistics equipment on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction. Theposition JP-RME is recruiting for is a Site Maintenance Area Manager (AM) who will lead team members to maintain and maintain the logistics equipment installed in the FC, and to formulate and implement improvements to improve the safety and productivity of the equipment. AM is a position that requires both a wide range of technical knowledge and management skills. Specifically, we are looking for engineers who have knowledge of mechanical/electrical/production/control engineering, experience in equipment improvement and quality improvement at production plants, and have been involved in organization/budget/project management. The specific duties of the AM are as follows, and will be carried out in collaboration with team members.
