- Japanese business level - Experience managing a team of 2 or more people - Account management or sales experience (KPI management and settings, process improvement, vendor management, etc.), or logistics management experience*This position is located in Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture.The Senior Area Manager, On the Road (OTR) is required to develop and manage new delivery models in the assigned area. As a member of the last mile (logistics service from the final base to the end user) operations team, you will develop various methods for last mile delivery to customers and build long-term delivery capabilities.
