We are currently seeking a Senior Area Manager to oversee the overall operations of our delivery partners in the Amazon Hub Delivery Partner Program. This position will require the development and management of new delivery models. As part of the last-mile (logistics service from the final location to the end user) operations team, you will develop various methods for last-mile delivery to customers and build long-term delivery capabilities.[Amazon Hub Delivery Partner Program Overview]This is a new business model for Amazon's last-mile program, allowing independent business owners (corporations) and sole proprietors, including general retailers, to leverage their strengths as locally rooted businesses by delivering packages in their neighborhoods and earning income as a side business.Amazon Hub Delivery HomepageAmazon Hub Delivery Partner Introduction VideoKey Job ResponsibilitiesWhatyou'll accomplish in this position: Lead the expansion of our delivery network nationwide and build a sustainable growth model.Oversee sales and operations teams across multiple areas and generate results from both systems and human resources perspectives.Drive sales strategies, cost optimization, and quality improvements across the board based on data analysis.Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to lead transformation that will advance Japan's last mile.Key Responsibilities:[Team Management]:Manage team members across multiple areas and lead their development and evaluation. Build a results-driven organizational structure through personnel placement and development plans.[Business Strategy/Sales Promotion]: Develop regional/national delivery and sales strategies and develop delivery partners. Drive growth and stability in acquisition and delivery volume. Manage KPIs (number of contracts, utilization rate, delivery volume, etc.) and maximize results.[Partnership Management]Establish a collaborative system with key partners to improve contracts, quality, and satisfaction. Identify issues across locations and develop and implement improvement and prevention measures.
