Description * Implementing security measures: Security settings and monitoring of networks, systems, and applications. * Risk assessment and management: Evaluate potential security risks and implement risk mitigation measures. * Incident response: Detect, respond to, investigate, and report security incidents. * Establishing security policies: Creating and maintaining security standards and guidelines. * Education and training: Implementing training programs to raise security awareness within the company. Profile * Technical skills: * Knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and encryption technologies. * Experience in operating security tools and technologies (e.g. SIEM, DLP, EDR). * Analytical skills: * Ability to analyze security logs, detect and respond to threats. * Communication skills: * Ability to write effective reports and make presentations. * Ability to work within a team and with other departments in both Japanese and English. * Certifications: Security-related certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH are preferred. * Experience: Work experience in the IT security field.
