DESCRIPTIONThis position will be located at a fulfillment center (FC) in either Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture or Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. The location will be determined based on the applicant's preference.Amazon has over 20 fulfillment centers (FCs) nationwide, each with its own inbound, outbound, and quality assurance teams. They act as the central control center for all FCs across the country, managing their respective processes.This position covers both inbound and outbound processes. The position will be determined after an interview.The Central Flow Operations Process Assistant (CFOps PA) will remotely manage the progress of inbound and outbound operations across multiple locations, ensuring production schedules are met at each location. This position also leads projects to resolve network-wide issues, simplify and improve operations, and implement new management tools.
Responsibilities + Skills
Work Hours: 8 hours per day, no more than 40 hours per week on average. Holidays: 120 days per year (10 days per month) .*The company will generally determine 23 shifts, including day and night shifts, and will notify you of the following month's shifts by the end of the current month at the latest. We ensure that there are public holidays between day and night shifts to minimize workload.
Education
Make optimal decisions and control the entire process in response to sudden daily fluctuations. For example, check the daily inbound quantities at each location and remotely configure and adjust inbound shipments.Also, check inventory progress every hour to ensure customer orders are not delayed, and contact staff at each location to eliminate any risks.
