DescriptionHandling coordination for all incoming and outgoing shipmentsProcess import and export shipping documents (including LC knowledge & Dangerous Goods)Liaise with customers, transporters, carriers and all other 3rd party vendorsAnswer shipping related enquiries from internal and external customersAttend Custom mattersWork on service level improvementsTo undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the Management as and when required.
