FP&A Manager to lead a team and be in charge of one BU | Career progression, WFH available Description * Oversee annual, monthly, and long-term financial planning and forecasting. * Track and analyze revenue and P/L, preparing regular business review reports. * Monitor key performance indicators, identifying trends and performance variances to enhance financial outcomes. * Develop financial models and provide analysis to support decision-making. * Collaborate with global and regional teams across various divisions for financial and commercial alignment. * Lead initiatives to improve FP&A operations and processes. * Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing team. Profile * Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and leadership experience * Solid understanding of financial accounting and proficiency in both English and Japanese. * Preferred experience with ERP systems and analytical tools. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically. * Self-driven and adaptable to fast-paced, multinational environments. * Leadership and communication skills for managing teams and collaborating across global organizations.
