We are driven by our commitment to deliver accelerated growth for AstraZeneca and to make people's lives better. On a strategic supply site, integrated into a complex Global Supply Organisation, this role ensures the effective and efficient delivery of the site project and change project portfolio, within Sourcing and Supply (S&S) and UK Operations! You will lead a team of Project Managers, that deliver the Site Project Portfolio. This is a set of projects and / or Programmes from initiation to close, to deliver effective solutions that meet approved customer and business needs. The projects portfolio delivers the Site’s strategic and tactical objectives, relating to new product introductions, products changes, asset optimisations, regional and global strategic imperatives, underpinning organisational development and business process effectiveness, compliance improvements and the Site's vision.
