Are you a global strategic leader experienced in supply sourcing management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical/clinical research/medical devices industry and knowledge of GMP, GLP, GCP, and other relevant regulations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.As the Senior Director of Supply Sourcing Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical trial supply and logistics services.You will develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, optimize cost management, and drive continuous process improvements. Your expertise will contribute to increased value, profitability, and successful study conduct for both Parexel and its sponsors.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with clients, project management teams, and commercial/solution consultants to align expectations, budget, and sourcing strategy with project demands. Represent Clinical Trial Supply & Logistics Services at client and internal project meetings. Support sales by acting as a subject matter expert for Parexel's commercial organization. Identify and address sourcing training needs.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Knowledge of GMP, GLP, GCP, and other relevant regulationsProven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive cost optimization initiativesExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience
A wealth of experience in supply sourcing management within a clinical trial or pharmaceutical environmentStrong understanding of procurement strategies and best practices
