Insights and Data is a global business unit covering Enterprise Data Management, Cloud Platforms, Enterprise Content Management and AI & Analytics.Our practice has a strong focus on leading technology vendors, spanning data warehousing, data quality, data governance, data integration and analytics.Capgemini is proud to be a leading partner for Oracle implementations, and this role offers a unique chance to work alongside some of the top experts in the country, delivering Oracle data and analytics solutions on some of the largest and most complex client engagements, across a variety of industry sectors.Job Description - Grade SpecificThe focus of your roleDeriving insight from data is complex – with information critical to organisation decision-making dispersed across multiple systems, both internally and externally. It is challenging to make sense of the data and we are looking for candidates, with a background in data warehousing, data lakes and data lakehouses in an Oracle context, who can architect modern data platforms that suit agile delivery of data products and present those insights utilising a variety of channels.As an experienced consultant, in addition to developing innovative solutions for our clients, you will keep abreast of the latest developments in the data, analytics and data modelling products and offerings from other vendors, and demonstrate a wider knowledge of data platforms, non-Oracle and hybrid data ecosystems. You will provide guidance to clients and internally to other resources. You may also offer insights to the wider community through blogs, articles and social media.The technical design and implementation of leading-edge data and analytics solutions, specifically in the domains of data warehousing and data lakehouse designOracle’s PaaS and IaaS data platform technologies such as Oracle Database (including Autonomous Data Warehouse), Object Storage and Oracle Data IntegratorOracle’s PaaS and SaaS analytics solutions such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence Platform, and Oracle Fusion Cloud’s embedded reporting technologies (OTBI and BI Publisher)
