Then please read on………We are currently looking for an Operative at our Packed Products plant in Linford, Stanford-le-Hope. As the successful Operative, you will report to the Site Manager and will be responsible for undertaking all site duties safely, understanding CRH and SHE safety. You will also be working in different areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch and housekeeping.Tarmac is the UK’s leading sustainable building materials and construction solutions business. Our innovative products and solutions not only deliver the infrastructure needed to grow the UK economy today but also help to create a more sustainable built environment for the country’s long-term future.  Main ResponsibilitiesOn a day to day basis, duties and responsibilities of the Operative will include (not exhaustive):Meeting daily production target requirements.Reporting of data for quality purposes.Moving, loading and unloading product from the plant and vehiclesMeeting customer service requirements in terms of accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaroundContinuous Improvement of performance standardsContinuous improvement towards plant and production methodsGood housekeeping
