Are you an experienced quarry or Plant operative? Would you enjoy working outdoors, as part of a team, operating machinery and mobile plant equipment? Are you accurate with good attention to detail? Do you want the opportunity to use computers to track production activity?We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our friendly team based at Tarmac Nosterfield Sand and Gravel Quarry, in Bedale near Ripon, North Yorkshire. As well as Ripon this site is also easily accessible from Bedale, Leyburn, Catterick, Richmond, Northallerton and the surrounding areas. This role will be working 48hrs per week Monday to Friday.The role of Multi Skilled Operative gives you the opportunity to be part of our Ofsted outstanding Professional Operator Development Programme (PODP). We're passionate about development and progression here at Tarmac, and PODP provides an excellent foundation, giving you the knowledge, skills, behaviours, and confidence to be successful both personally and professionally.
