We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our fantastic HR Team! In this role you will report into a Global Human Resources Business Partner and work in a supportive capacity to develop and implement human resources solutions, in support of global business unit objectives, strategic goals and human resource initiatives. You will use strategic thinking, analytical excel based data analysis and consultation skills in designing and implementing suitable business interventions. Our HRBP will also perform duties associated with human resource areas such as employee onboarding, employee relations, employee retention, employee development, and other Human Resources services. Act as a human resources consultant to counsel and coach managers at multiple levels of the organization different/wide range of topics.Analyze human resources data for business area at the global/country/cross country level to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service quality and cost effectiveness, i.e., labor turnover trends, absence management
