Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for overseeing the full end to end Collaborative or Joint Working* and SmartPay* payment processes covering elements from liaising with the internal business & vendors, evaluating vendors, completing financial, existence and due diligence checks, ensuring accurate documentation is submitted by vendor, setting up purchase orders, evaluating data from contracts, ensuring ABPI disclosure requirements are met and following up with the vendor and accounts payable teams to ensure payments are correctly made. Completes financial controls for both processes and in addition some supply chain financial controls.SmartPay* An AstraZeneca System primarily used for Healthcare Professional and Patient Organisation speaker meeting payments.Collaborative & Joint Working* Projects run with a shared commitment from AstraZeneca and the NHS Typical AccountabilitiesCompletes Vendor Set Ups (Healthcare professionals (HCPs) & Healthcare organisations (HCOs))Completes all documentation checks (SmartPay (for HCPs), Coupa (for HCOs))Completes invoice reconciliation.Collects invoices from the business or HCP / HCO for processing.Reconciles payments against the contract.
