Job Description

You will be joining a growing and exciting profession of 100 Business Analysts (BAs) ranging from apprentices starting out on their careers to BAs with many years of experience with different clients, all of whom work together to deliver value for our clients, whilst continually sharing knowledge and expertise. This is a hybrid role, depending where you are based, you will be expected to work from our offices located in either Telford or Worthing on average 2-3 days per week. This can change as it's depends on business needs.Your roleWork with business stakeholders to define their requirements, translate these into user stories, and define acceptance criteria.Have responsibility for working with solution architects and other technical subject matter experts to deliver an end-to-end solution which meets clients’ requirements.Play a pivotal role in projects as part of a multi-disciplinary agile scrum team.Be highly customer focused and responsible for building stakeholder relationships.Understand industry trends, look for new opportunities for work within your projects, contribute to proposals and drive innovation which will increase client value e.g., use of Generative AI to enhance business processes.
