We have an excellent opportunity for someone with an experienced knowledge of Real Estate insurance to join our team as a Senior Account Executive (Divisional Director).We can consider candidates from either a broking or underwriting background; it may suit a Senior Account Handler / Account Executive looking to take the next step up in their career. You will be joining a stable and expanding team where you’ll take responsibility and accountability for managing and retaining a book of Real Estate clients and contributing to the development and winning of new business opportunities.We are flexible on location - the role is Hybrid and you will ideally be based in either the London or Ipswich office.The RoleClient Relationship ManagementIn conjunction with Account Director, understand the clients’ business and risk management needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing serviceUnderstand, apply and where necessary explain the BU policies and proceduresDraw on expertise within specialist technical teams with the BU and across the Group for clients as requiredIdentify primary budget holders and decision makers within clients, establish and maintain active relationships with these peopleLiaise with clients and build strong relationshipsDetermine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies, meet the clients’ needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients

Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)Strong communication and negotiation skillsEnthusiasm, perseverance and driven to succeedPreferably ACII qualified or working towards the ACII qualification

Real Estate insurance experience - either on the broking or underwriting side.Proven ability to service volume business
