We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team based in Solihull, Birmingham (hybrid working pattern 2 days in the office per week).We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.Role ResponsibilityThe Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be a key member of the Group Finance team who:Drives the Group wide planning process, including annual budget and forecastsFacilitates enhanced decision-making by developing, implementing and maintaining dynamic models and process improvements to deliver high quality analytics, scenario and predictive planningLiaises with executive stakeholders to generate management reporting and variance analysis supporting company’s strategic long-term and short-term objectivesBuilds strong relationships with Finance teams across Business units to ensure consistency of planning and performance reportingPerform month end related tasks including journal postings, reconciliations and controlsDrive reporting, assessment and communication of financial results and provide insight on business trends and initiativesSupport production of the suite of monthly reports to the Senior Management to provide enhanced analysis of the business performanceImplement ongoing improvements to planning and analysis process to deliver faster & more accurate insights across the business

Proficiency in BW and SAP and strong Excel skills are essentialExperience of HFM, Anaplan or Power BI is advantageous for the role.
