Safety, Health and Environmental standards and processes are an important part of daily life and you would be expected to familiarize yourself with the requirements and adhere to the policies.You will also take responsibility for:Meeting daily production target requirements.Reporting of data for quality purposes.Moving, loading and unloading product from the plant and vehiclesMeeting customer service requirements in terms of accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaround.Continuous Improvement of performance standardsContinuous improvement towards plant and production methodsGood housekeepingThe Ideal CandidateAs our ideal Plant Supervisor, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar operations environment. You will also:Possess good communication skills and be numerate
