We drive delivery of the most complex and impactful transformational initiatives across the firm.We are a versatile team made up of individuals with varied experiences and backgrounds motivated by the challenge of finding solutions which benefit BlackRock and our clients.In BTO, we pride ourselves on developing our people, improving leadership and delivery skills, and broadening firm and industry knowledge. You will have the opportunity to drive scale, ensure consistency and reduce risk across the firm. This is not your traditional project management role; we are looking for world-class problem solvers who want to learn the details and be heavily involved in designing and implementing scalable solutions. We act as the “connective tissue” between the various lines of business by applying in-depth knowledge of BlackRock’s organization, processes and technology in order to execute change.
