Through this exciting programme, you will build expertise in producing concrete, aggregates, asphalt, and building products, ensuring our operations run efficiently and sustainably.Role ResponsibilityAs a Higher Apprentice in Operations Management, you will:Support Site Managers, Maintenance Managers, and Operations Managers in leading teams and managing site functions.Develop business knowledge, share best practices, and contribute to improving production efficiency.Promote a positive health and safety culture, ensuring all site activities meet high safety standards.Undertake site-based duties, including basic maintenance, operating mobile plant, and ensuring site cleanliness and upkeep.Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as Health and Safety and Geo-Technical teams, to deepen your understanding of site geology and sustainability practices.
