Study field : You are currently studying Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science or similarInterests : You are passionate about organizational structures, data, and tools, with an innovative and problem-solving mindsetExperience : You have ideally gained some experience in consulting, communications, change management, or project management as well as initial experience in a multinational work environment, and working in HR or data maintenance
