Our tech teams and business units use agile ways of working to create #GlobalHausbank solutions from our home market. Merchant Solutions Technology The Merchant Solutions Technology group provides the Corporate Bank with a dedicated team that capitalizes on the rapidly evolving technology industry to provide our clients new products and innovation to meet their growing needs within an Agile FinTech-like setup. We deliver innovative products such as our Digital Payment Gateway (creating an API based solution allowing Marketplaces and Merchant to streamline their payment processing and settlement activities). As part of our new data team at the Berlin Tech Hub you will work closely with our business stakeholders and product managers in an agile environment to address business intelligence needs in the areas of anti-financial crime, risk management and product development for Merchant Solutions. Your key responsibilitiesSupport and document agile tribe wide processes (planning, sprint co-ordination, ceremonies etc), executed in coordination with Technology Leads and Product ManagersSupport and execution of program and project management tasks, e.g .: project initiation, budget and timeline estimates, project progress monitoring, status reportsCoordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestonesEnhancing the existing Agile culture of the tribe combining training and collaboration alongside processes and tools, to push the tribe further alongs its Agile transformation and delivery model.
