Job description
The UNIX Services Global support Team is searching for a systems analyst who is proficient within a UNIX (Solaris) and Linux (Red Hat and SuSE) environment.As a senior SME in our EMEA Operations support team, you will provide UNIX support for the EMEA timezone. We are looking for an experienced analyst with good communication and problem-solving skills as well as the people skills to work as part of a team with a broad global footprint. You will also represent UNIX Services within the wider TDI and CIO community.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Ability of Bash-, Python- or Perl-Scripting is desirableA distinct solution-focussed and analytical mindset
Experience
Several years of experience with UNIX system administration: upgrades, patching and configuration management, performance management, troubleshooting, analysis and capacity planning.
