Individual Advisor and personal contact person for the customer around Trade Finance Flow products (one face to the customer/single point of contact) as well as responsibility for Group and corporate customers with great earnings potential in the product categories: Documentary Business (Collections and Letter of Credits) and Guarantee Business as well as Marketing of our access channel solutionsImplementation of solution-oriented discussions with customers on our compliance requirements and ensuring the execution and, if necessary, escalation of transaction monitoring on the transactionUnderstanding of customer needs in order to guarantee comprehensive advice in Trade Finance Flow products, development of sales rates and acquisition of new mandates for our cooperation partners as well as development and implementation of product workshops tailored to the respective customer (virtually and at the customer's site)Overall responsibility for successful transaction processing, esp. in cooperation with the Center of Excellence and the Processing Center in India responsible for operational executionResponsible for compliance with all non-financial risk controls, including coordination and escalation processes and identification of opportunities for improvement in current and future transaction processingGuidance of colleagues in the team on complex business Your skills and experience
