As Sustainability and Decarbonization Manager (f/m/d/x) you will be part of our Strategy & Transformation Domain and report directly into our Senior Sustainability Manager. In this role you’ll evolve our important sustainability and decarbonization ambition and drive our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting pillar in the DACH market. You will actively shape our transformation journey and contribute towards a sustainable change in the way food is supplied and consumed.Please note that this role is available for a 24 month contract, an extension of the contract is possible.Your area of responsibilityYou facilitate and drive the HelloFresh DACH decarbonization program to deliver on ambitious carbon emission reduction goals in line with Science-Based Targets (SBTs)You steer the business to continuously make climate-friendly decisions and integrate carbon (among other metrics) into tools and processesYou are responsible for our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) reporting in DACH.You support internal stakeholders with design, implementation, and maintenance of carbon emission reduction initiativesYou lead the yearly corporate carbon footprint assessment and other carbon accountingYou are responsible for the data, targets, monitoring & reporting of KPIs and ensuring transparencyYou manage cross-functional sustainability projects, generate buy-in across functions and collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, tech, product, brand & communication to achieve sustainability goalsYour establish and drive relationships with internal and external stakeholders in initiatives like “Together for Carbon Labeling” with ministries and NGOsYou conduct research and stay updated on sustainability trends, regulations and best practices to ensure HelloFresh remains at the forefront of sustainable innovation
