Job Description
The Department of English at the TUM Language Center is looking for a student assistant for 8 hours/week, starting immediately and (initially) until 31.03.2024.As a central service institution of the Technical University of Munich, the TUM Language Center offers courses in 17 different languages for TUM students and TUM employees at four TUM locations in Munich, Garching, Freising-Weihenstephan and Straubing.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Ability to work from the Munich campus for at least some of your hours (in particular Friday afternoons)Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken.
Experience
Confident handling of common MS Office programmes and high affinity to IT-related topicsExperience in the use of online learning platforms (e.g. edX, Coursera, Moodle) and online teaching tools or a high level of willingness to familiarise oneself intensively with this area
