In this role you will be responsible for leading the creation, maintenance and ensuring data integrity of planning specific tools necessary for our U.S. distribution centers to deliver the best possible product to our customers. This individual will be overseeing daily real time reporting as well as driving continuous improvement by leveraging tools & technology. The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics skills, excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into a digestible solution for executive level stakeholder groups.You will …Provide data-driven insights to senior and executive leadership groups in various formats (ie tools, updates, presentations and meetings)Identify operational process gaps and work to creatively solve while also tracking progressEngage other departments to ensure process is followed for accuracy of reporting and overall data integrityOwn, improve and refine existing planning program elements (tools, sheets, trackers and applicable recurring meetings) which supply real time reporting to the sitesTrack variances to plan and recommend the appropriate adjustments as required to meet business objectivesLead and own continuous improvement projects; to be assigned based on business prioritiesTravel as needed
