Job Description
As Senior Director People Shared Services you will be spearheading the creation of a new People Shared Services function together with your team leads and a great team of HR professionals to ensure an exceptional employee experience. You will act as a services champion and support our global and local teams on all their HR & payroll administrative requests helping them to thrive and do their best work.We are looking for entrepreneurial minds, who are passionate and result-driven, have a strong team-spirit and will take on the challenge to pioneer the ever changing food industry with us.Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. Education
Constantly optimise our processes and procedures to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service within the team are achieved at all times pathing the way to an advanced people services offering internationally
Experience
You have 5+ years experience in establishing/leading a People Shared Services function for high-change, high-growth companiesSignificant experience as an HR Operations professional in the area of People Administration and/or Payroll, who has led a high-performing team
