We are continuously growing our data capabilities and continue our journey to move from a central Data Warehouse to a Data Mesh, enabling domain data teams to build and maintain their own data products. This requires a new approach of Data Management and a complete transformation. For a transformation, such change involves reconfiguration of operating models and core business processes, workers-reskilling programs, and change-management aimed at shifting organizational culture, mind-sets, and behaviors.We are looking for a Senior Associate - Data Management to join our Global Data Management team in Berlin.In your role as a Senior Associate - Data Management in the Global Data Management department, you will collaborate closely with domain product owners, data product owners, data producers, data consumers, and various stakeholders. Together, you will establish the framework for our data ecosystem, create data business processes, and promote best practices. These efforts will be aimed at guaranteeing the accessibility, adherence to regulations, quality, and seamless integration of our data products. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing business processes, fostering data-driven decision-making, and contributing to overall business success through effective data management practices, bringing your expertise, skills, and leadership to the table.
