Join a dynamic team as a Product Specialist in Henkel’s Adhesive General Manufacturing & Maintenance business (ACM), driving portfolio optimization and growth for EIMEA regionManage technology related projects, coordinating with cross-functional teamsStrong collaboration with Market and Application team to identify and solve for existing portfolio gaps and future portfolio opportunities based on our regional and global capabilities.Implement and ensure regulatory changes (e.g. CLP) within the respective regionResponsible for end-to-end back-end process ensuring customers’ expectations regarding availability, reliability and qualitySteer and analyze the full product lifecycle, including portfolio strategy and product availabilitySupport product ramp-ups and site transfers, providing clear input to Manufacturing and Purchasing on regional supply chain needsDrive risk assessment within the Product Management scope
Responsibilities & skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration or similarMinimum 5 years of professional experience in Product Line Management, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Customer Service, or related fieldsExperience with business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
