As we embark on the next phase of our transformation and improve our global HCM system, we are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Lead E2E Processes Workday. In this role, you will oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the HCM system, ensuring alignment with IT and HR processes. Having the oversight on IT implementation as well configure the system, testing and transitioning to go live.What you´ll doAnalyze and oversee detailed functional requirements in alignment with HR and the implementation partnerConfigure the Workday HCM system to meet functional requirements and beeing in IT standardsEnsure proper testing for a stable reliable IT solutions

Education
University degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience working with HCM systems, with a strong background in functional configuration, implementation, and optimizationExperience with Workday Platform or similar is highly desirable and certification for at least one Workday module, Familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is a plus
